  • Treatment is completely individualized. Length and number of appointments changes depending on the needs of the patient and adherence to exercises.

    • Exercises are completed twice daily and typically take no longer than 5-10 minutes to complete.​

  • Treatment session typically take around 30 minutes.​


  • When first starting therapy it is recommended to have weekly visits for 3-5 weeks followed by appointments once every two weeks.
